CRM for refrigeration contractors in Canada: keep it simple without losing field power

A generic CRM manages a customer. An HVAC-R CRM also needs to understand the equipment: nameplate, refrigerant, model, previous reports, photos, parts and recurring symptoms. That is the difference between a contact list and a true refrigeration tool.

4. The boss needs an operational view

For a company, the priority is not only the number of customers. The owner wants to see open jobs, who is where, missing reports, unpaid invoices and upcoming preventive contracts. That is the view that helps run the day.

5. Simple like Jobber, but HVAC-R-specific

The goal is not to copy a generic CRM. The goal is to keep the simplicity of a tool like Jobber while adding what refrigeration technicians actually use: P/T, AI assistant, nameplate scan, technical reports, equipment history and province-aware invoicing.
